2 x LAIL ARAD
Taking a look at some indie-pop songs from Brit-born Israeli singer, musician,
and songwriter
:: LAIL ARAD ::
...from the April 15 release of her second album // The Onion // Her sound borders
on old rhythm and blues, combined with the an impetus that is often reserved for
soulful jazz songs. Difficult to single out a couple of tracks that can sum up her
range, not that it's that large, but each offering has an individual flavor. To that
end, I am both glad and sad that I can share with you the whole album in the
hope that, if you like it, you'll buy it, available here. But, first, the MV to the 4th
track // When We Grow Up // that makes the point that we're all art exhibits in
the museum of life. All these dreams. Wake me up.
Njoy.
